It is not something we can fix on the HM2 side. Playtech (ipoker software maker) is aware of the issue and they are working on a fix. Hopefully once your ipoker client updates again it should work properly again.

I had the exactly the same issue with William Hill with a 1440p monitor. The only thing that worked was changing the resolution to 1080p. Contacting william hill was the most wasteful few minutes of my life. They told me it was working perfectly and there's nothing they can do other than tell me to reinstall. Good to know they are working on a fix.

Is it possible to turn off somehow hm2 hud to not start on ipoker tables only (but to start on other rooms)? Buttons even not working when hud is just only loading/getting hands.
You can disable tables in Active Session. You can disable auto import in Site Settings by unchecking its folders.
You will need to manually import them, then move the folders to the archive after.

Had same problem, but after update today it works fine again :-)

Still no update on William Hill and hud still doesn't work, do you maybe have any info on what is going on and when can we expect an update?

My DPI scaling was set to 100% by default, so I suppose that isn't it
