Backup is not creating the file

I've tried to create a backup several times without success. It takes a few minutes to complete the process, but after finishing there is no file created on the destination folder.

Let me say I have the latest HM2 update already installed.

You need at least 20% free disk space + 2x the size of the database.

Try saving the backup to a different location.

also empty c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp

You can change the location.

Move the temp folder location.
