    Default 888 update HUD problem

888 updated their client again late last week (Friday?) and now the HUD is not tracking correctly on tourney tables after hero is moved to another table.
Players from previous table continue to display in the same position. Not sure whether this is distorting their stats record. I noticed after a couple of hands and restarted the HUD as a work-around.

It is working fine when villains are removed or introduced to the table.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Err, ok. I was just letting you know that they've updated their client and you might need to update your HUD like you usually seem to - I thought I might be helpful but now I doubt that I was.

I changed the first two options but don't know where to set the Max no of log files.
TBH i stumble through the menus on HM2 but couldn't find this setting today.

As for reproducing the problem, I may have time to play tourneys again next weekend. If I do I'll try to follow your instructions.

    Good luck

To fix these problems we need logs from customers as we can't always reproduce the problems and all our testers don't have access to all sites.

The max number of log files option isn't critical but it is in the lower right corner of the same menu where you toggled on those two options.
