Default postgres not working after using tune function in HEM2

    Hello,
I have used the Tune postgres option in HEM2 to tune the postgres before starting a backup. Since I used this function HEM2 can no longer connect to postgres. I get the following error:
    error11.PNG

I have tried pretty much everyting in the FAQ documentation. Firewall is off and so on. I also uninstalled external antivirus programs.

When trying to start postgres over the Administratives Tools I get the following:
    error_Postgres.PNG

Any idea what to do next?

    Cheers

    - Go to your C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\9.6\data folder
    - take a screen shot and attach it
    - make sure we can see all the files/folders and individual file names and extensions
    - If you can't see the extension, turn off the windows option that is hiding that extension - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Further I just realized that the folder one level above has a folder called New folder.
In there it looks like this:
    sn_data2.PNG

I have a feeling that the mistake is within here somewhere

So by using the hint here:
    https://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=39171

    I could solve the issue.

Interestingly I did not see that Thread before I created my own
