How can I design HUD like this?

I want to design HUD as below:

The HUD is transparent without my mouse moving on it.

I find it on the video, but I have no idea.

That's pokertracker hud's as only him has this feature of disapearing Imho

Anyway you can create multi pannell and just in one you can assign BB with higher font
