    Default Espresso(winamax´s version of Spin&Go)

    Hi, one annoying bug here, which makes tournament graphs useless. It looks like this in result tab;

    I6qEsZB.png

    "rake tab" is complely wrong, it is in reality the buyin tab, since ive played 24 of the €5 espressos which amount for the sum of €120. Which in turn makes the tournament graph winnings tab look real dumb as there is no buyins to respect (straight arrow no variance), it never gos down, only straight or up.

    This should be easy to fix !

    We will need some of the problem hand histories so we can document this for the developers to fix in the future.

    Please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

    When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

    how very lazy of you, everyone hh is probably faulty since its more on a basic level of error, program thinks buyin = rake, and not buyin+rake so it totally disregards buyin cost in the winnings graph. but sure, ill oblige and go the extra mile and even point out the error for you besides the handhistories

    ON THE VERY FIRST LINE;

    Winamax Poker - Tournament "Expresso" buyIn: €0 + €5 level: 0 - HandId: #474301480539521025-1-1424334123 - Holdem no limit (10/20) - 2015/02/19 08:22:03 UTC

    when in fact it is €4,65 + €0,35 (rake=7%)

    ----

    anyway, email sent and linked back to this.
    regards

    It is not being lazy, it is standard operating procedure for us. We need hand histories so we can reproduce it and document it for the developers. Without the hands to duplicate the problem we can't write a ticket to prove there is a problem or test their future fix. This is the way all issues have to be addressed in our software development.

    additional bug, if you play on several computers, and export the tournament hands(espressos) and import them on your primary computer to get all the data together the sessions played on the other computers´s winnings will be "0" which makes my total look like shit . Had a positive roi and winnings those days.

    Example: AtV5ZiE.png

    The sessions within the red linings was sessions played on my laptop, the winnings are shown correctly there but when imported to my stationary they all show "0" winnings.

    RAKE = buyin as mentioned above.

    What happens if you copy the hands files from c:\hm2archive and import them? It's quicker than exporting.

    A lot of Winamax tourneys do not have the buyin information.

    Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

    If you continue to have problems even after importing the summary files, please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have changed the default. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.

    Hi, I cant count my winnings from Espressos since there are some unreasonable numbers under Net Winnings $ tab.
