    Question PP/DS - Old clients - Fastforward HUD

    Hi,
    Is there a HUD fix, for us still using the old PP client? E.g. Danske Spil.

    It hasn't been working the last couple of weeks, and I think its since they changed the names to "Fastforward ...".

    I've tried various of different HM2 releases, but nothing helps.

    Thanks for the resposnse.

    The 8536 version doesn't work. It's importing hand, and the "baisc HUD" i comming up in the upper left corner, but no HUD.

    I'm running everything as administrator and I've carefully followed your guide to get it to work.

    Thanks for the feedback udbrky.

    I've installet the 8536 version, but it's still not working.
    I'm running everything as administrator, and I've restarted after the HM2 install. I carefully followed your fastforward guide, but it didn't help.

    It's importing hands, and the "HUD waiting" box is on the tables, but the HUD never come.

    The client will first update in Q2, so I really hope we can figure something out.

    If someone out there know a fix and is willing to help, please let me know. I'm willing to pay to get it to work.

    We just updated our party.cfg server file to try and correct for these old/new layouts in the different party clients..

    Please update to the latest beta version - https://www.holdemmanager.com/Downlo...pdate_8564.exe


    - After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
    * If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
    - Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

    Once you have updated, please close your poker client and restart HM2 once more (to be sure the party.cfg file gets downloaded from our server) before you launch the poker client or try playing.

    If none of that helps:

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.


    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.


    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    fozzy you sexy beast! It works like a charm. Now even with "hide hero HUD" working.

    You are very welcome. Thank you for letting us know it solved your problems. Interesting that it also fixed that long standing hide hero bug HM-5980.
