Reset PC - "could not install PostgreSQL"

Hey, guys. I just rest my pc and now I can't install HM2. When it tries to install PostrgreSQL I get the message in the title. Already disabled firewall and windows defender (don't have any other antivirus/malware software) and it still doesn't work.

Anyone got some hints? I did this like 2 months ago but now I just can't seem to nail it :/
