HM3 for poker sites with no HUD allowed

I know that some poker sites don't allow HUDs anymore, but there's one thing that it's no clear for me:

Which poker sites I cannot have hud stats displayed at the table BUT I still can track my on hands on HM3, see my stats for money won, bb/100, etc?...study my own game in general.
