Can't access trail version

When I install Hold'em Manager, I am asked if I want to start my free trial. I enter my username and password and then the program opens and works.
However, when I close the program and then open it again a message is displayed saying that "A valid licence for Holdem Manager has not been found. Do you have a licence code?" I have the option to enter a code or buy one. Then the program quits. I can't find a code in the registration email or my account page on the website.
Is there a code? I only registered and first used the program yesterday, so the trial should not have run out.

The program seems good but I want to try it for a while before I buy.

I have tried reinstalling, updating to the latest beta, repair installing VC++ 2013

So we can issue a trial.
