LB using hands from Spin and Gos, filters not

I am considering buying the full version of LB. When I use the trial version, I see an issue, not sure whether they are due to the fact that I am using the free software.

When I import all hands for analysis and then click on "Recent big pots", the list included hands played in Spin and Go tournaments. I thought that LB only uses cash game hand history and that is is a cash game tool only?
Now it looks like Spin and Go hands also enter my stats, how useful can a leak analysis be when tournament hands are being analysed as well???
When I choose "Analyse by stake level", setting it to 0,50/1,00 NL, after the analysis the same Spin and Go hands are in the list of the "Recent big pots". Same question as above.

They are spin and go's from what site please? They must be being mis tagged in HM somehow. First we've heard of it, but we will look into it.

It's poker stars. we also had a ticket where I asked if they were in reports as cash and to run maintenance.

right, same here, Pokerstars. I have a support ticket about this as well. # 380898.
The filter function that pops up after clicking "Run analysis" also seems to be not working correctly. After choosing to import 0,50/1,00 only, I still see hands from other stake levels in the "Recent big pots" view. It would be nice to know, at least, whether that means those mistagged hands are also taken into account for the analysis.

If that were the case, it would be a serious problem. After all, Spin and Go is a game that is totally different from Cash Games or Zoom.

I have tried both steps. Re-indexing the
database did not solve the proble.

So next I made a backup of the old database, created a fresh
database and then imported just the Pokerstars hand histories
from December 2018 (from the directory HMArchive). After that,
I ran the analysis tool again, setting the filter for
0,50/1,00NL again. When the analysis was finished, I checked
the "Recent big pots" function again, and the hands from Spin
and Gos and lower stake levels were still there, see
screenshot below.
I am considering buying Leakbuster, but not
with that issue still unsolved. The leak analysis is worthless
as long it still includes hands from different games. After
all, Spin and Gos require a different approach as you know
very well.

I have made another backup, and another fresh start with a new
database, then imported only 2 months worth of hands from
HM2Archive. Same problem.

I have now manually deleted all tournament data in the reports
section, and in the Cash Game I manually deleted all cash game
sessions from other levels except 0,50/1,00. But I assume that
as soon as I play new hands in either of the other games, they
will show again.

This is definitely NOT a mere database issue, it seems to be
an issue with LB itself and the way it is generating its
analysis reports.

Hi,
I just tried and play a few hands on lower
stakes and one Spin and Go. Ran the analysis tool afterwards
again, and the hand from 0,08/0,16 are showing in the "Recent
Big Pots" list, but the hands from the Soin and Go are not.

I don't think those hands are including in stats. Listing of recent big pots are two different parts of the program. We're going to have development look at it, but we've never seen sit and go or any MTT data in analysis ever. These are likely being tagged differently in HM because they are newer and the list big pots isn't sorting them out. I'll let you know, but this is easy to confirm by setting filters in HM as well and seeing the total hands analyzed count.
