free trial

Hi,
my free trial worked the first time, but now it ask me to enter a licence number or the application close.
I tried to do everything i saw in every FAQ that i have read but nothing work.
Please do you have a solution?

Did you create a ticket as we said in the other thread? License and registration issues are best conducted in our ticket system, not in the forum.
