Bossmedia hand histories don't import since 29/11

Hello,

I've just updated HEM to 2.0.0.8551 and that didn't help.

My bossmedia hand histories (lottomatica.it, totosi.it) just stopped getting imported on 29/11 without any reason. My HEM works fine on all other platforms. Bossmedia has been working without any issue for years.


The import folders auto detected by HEM are
C:/ users / my username / appdata / local / boss media / totosi / npp/ logs
C:/ users / my username / appdata / local / boss media / totosi / npp/ history

If, to understand the problem, you wish to receive a special database file, please specify exactly the one you need, as Bossmedia has a weird way to store hand histories.

There is a hand_history.db file which appears to contain at least fragments of the hand histories, located in the folder.

I can't answer your question 100% because bossmedia format of hand histories doesn't open properly as a .txt, but from what I can see inside that file I think the hands get written there.

This is not saving all of the hand history files. We are not able to import this file.

Does this mean that HEM will not work in the future with bossmedia anymore? Is there anything more I can do to help you towards a solution?

You have to view every hand for them to save to that file. It's not looking like they want to write hand histories to the hard drive, which means we cannot import them when they do not exist.

I finally got an answer from support who says that the hand histories are only saved in the lobby poker, and not in the pc.

Have you heard of a converter somewhere that would make it work with HEM?

I am not familiar with any, but have not researched it.
