Unable to register HEM2

I redownloaded HEM2 on to my computer and it is unable to register my product key, despite copy and pasting it from my license page on here.

This is a copy of the error message received


"The license server could not be contacted. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
Do you want to try again? "

I have since reset my license codes and retried. It keeps repeating the same message.

Any ideas?

Having looked through other threads in this forum, I have found the repair. (Obviously didn't look hard enough the first time round.
Feel free to delete this thread mods.

it happened to me too, try with older version of file installation

Install VC++ 2013 from this link - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=40784
- Make sure you install the 64-bit if you have a 64-bit operating system.
