    Default Hm2 & Hud freezing

    Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 745
    System: Win8 64bit
    Processor: Intel I5-4460S CPU @ 2.9 GHz (4CPUs)
    RAM: 12288MB
    AVG Secure Antivirus

    I have had this problem for a pretty long time and i could not get it fixed, so im taking this here. Please move the thread if I did not find the right place to post this.

    So every 20-45 min, my HM2 Hud and the PS-client stop responding and i have to restart the program. During the freeze time, my tables go black & dont respond. Ive updated my graphics driver and windows & whatnot and also took a look at the troubleshooting faq and did everything i could there. I also created a new DB to rule out Database corruption, but the problem persists. I have also created a Outgoing /Ingoing Rule for the Windows Firewall.Thus, i would appreciate if you could look into my log files. I will send them to your support Email. Thanks a lot in advance.

    Hi there! Have similar problem. After every 15 mins HM stops respond and runs out of memory, up to 7-8GB

    If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
    - Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).

    When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com
