Default HUD bug in hand replayer

Hi, as of yesterday my HUD won't show up automatically in the hand replayer. For it to show up I have to manually disable and then re-enable the "Show HUD stats" option in the options menu found at the bottom left corner of the hand replayer. However, what happens is that the HUD does show up then but if I open any other hand, the HUD doesn't update and shows the stats of the hand that was open when I disabled and re-enabled that "Show HUD stats" option.

Can you help me fix this, please? It is very annoying.

Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...olders+HM2+use

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...29#maintenance

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...onfigs+work%3F

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

I tried everything you suggested and the problem still persists. Even in a new database with a few hands imported from one month ago when everything was working fine. I attached a log file of me opening the hand replayer, disabling and re-enabling the "show HUD" option, closing the hand, opening a new one, in which there are still the stats of the first hand, then disabling and re-enabling the show HUD option again.

Don't ever post your logs in the forum. Your license is in there. All our instructions are to create a ticket and send them to us, not to post here.

Your hard drive is too full. You should always have at least 20% free space. Please see this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+of+Disk+Space

This can corrupt the database and cause issues with files not saving changes.

Then, re-do the steps we sent before.

My hard drive has been this full for several years now and I have never had any problems. Are you sure this is the actual cause? I managed to free up some space, which now is at 15.6 GB from total 111 GB, did everything you suggested again and I still have the same problem even in a new database.

After addressing what we said, please send the logs folder and screenshots in a ticket so we can see what is happening.

Letting your drive get too full causes issues with data.

Windows needs 10% free space at all times. We recommend 20% for processing hands and notes.
