Boss media doesn't create Log files so I can't import hands.

Hi.

Boss media hands are usually under C:/users/ME/AppData/local/bossmedia/Clientsname/npp/logs.

My client is not saving any hands there. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do about it? I've tried restoring my whole computer but sitll same issue. On other computers it works fine.

Boss media has recently updated the software and there is any possible to store hh in your pc/mac , unless you still have the older file software installation , you can keep your hand on your pc, because older software create a folder for HH .... so if you have one older file installation before update,... the update of older installation will have no effect on your hh, .... and you can keep using hud with table finder. I requested an improvement on show table hud, so it could be helpfull if they improve some function of it, such as including icon for table finder, hand review and so skipping the bottom set up ....

In italian network we got the same problem so i guess it's a bug of boss media...

How is going your hud on bossmedia network? do you use table finder ? let me know? thank you

If they're not writing hands, we can't import.
