    Default can't reset profiles

    activation saying I've already assigned two machines and won't reset profiles saying can't get xml data or something?

    Make sure you are using the correct email and password.

    Please clear your web cache - http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Try using a different browser. Do not use Internet Explorer, or a browser that blocks scripts.

    Install VC++ 2013 from this link - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=40784
    - Make sure you install the 64-bit if you have a 64-bit operating system.

    Please let us know if that solves the problem for you.

    apologies for the outburst but it came at THE worst time when I needed stats urgently. yes installing whatever that thing was worked, thanks. I get annoyed also becuz there is no instant urgent support available, always have to wait a day or so.

    There's no way to know as easily when forum posts are made. Our Tickets are answered within 12 hours, usually faster. We have been experiencing a higher volume this month, and some people are traveling for holidays at different times. But the ticket system is an easier and faster way, since we see them faster than the forum. Plus, you should never post your logs on here, since the licensing file is in there.
