Revolution/Cake/Horizon HUD not working - Page 2

    The Horizon/Revolution (Intertops, Juicy) HHs and the title is still the same as before (goes to HEM just fine) as is the table and the title on the table but we don't see even the starting HUD on the table, completely dead. The table and the HHs as so won't show any difference. I don't remember that HEM has been updated lately (and I have the latest version).

    P.S. Ticket uploaded in the past.

    If you can't import hands is it the main problem you have to solve this first then

    Sometimes if your table finder doesnt work you have to switch off hud , press table finder , and then swith on hud

    Can you switch off Hud , importe the first hand of table and click table finder and then switch on hud ( star/ stop hud )

    I have the same problem with two rooms, and in just one did'nt recognise table as the script of hand is not completely compatible with HH... but hud works after the procedure. (software Boss media )

    Same problem here.
    The only way is to have other open software, where we can do "table finder" and attach to the Revolution/Cake mtt or cash window. But when the table change, we have to make it again...

    How I can solve this problem?

    The problem appeared after upgrading the Rev/Cake software.

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

    The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-8966

    You can be added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
