HM Sync won't find created cloud database

    Default HM Sync won't find created cloud database

    Hi, I've been trying to sync my laptop with desktop pc but can't seem to get it right.

    So, I created HM Cloud database at my desktop and synced it to cloud. then I open my laptop but cant find that cloud database from there. I'm logged into HM at both machines and tried to make a fresh database on laptop but can't find a way to sync. Any suggestions?

    Create a new cloud database, then un-link it. The old one should be there.

    There is a known issue right now:

    HM-8924 HM Sync: If no cloud DB is linked (i.e. fresh/re install) old databases aren't listed

    but the workaround we suggested has worked for everyone else that has tried it so far. If it is not working for you then the only sure fired solution is to backup the desktop database/settings and restore it on the laptop then manually sync it going forward if you are still not able to see the new database in the HM Sync Settings.
