    Default Urgent: TN not putting tables in layout

    neither hot key working

    tried re-running set up
    tried resetting all profiles
    tried putting license etc

    help ???

    any one know ?

    Issue is I launch TN and then the tables stay where they are, they do not get moved to slots, just started happening since yesterday..

    If I apply the layout with hotkey still does not happen

    Reconfigured, reinstalled.. still no go..

    someone need to help please

    Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.
    Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

    Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

    Already sent the email yesterday with logs/screenshot and description.

    Do not want another sunday without TN..please advise..

    Unfortunately has not been resolved

    I am really frustrated with the non-working sw... plus feels like am not getting the help I should.. ??

    Ticket 347132 and 348089 are also opened logs been sent..

    I am using hypersimple or classic theme and keep getting response.. as per ss you have non-supported themes

    I am a paying customer, its a ongoing live subscription, pay a monthly/yearly fee but sw does not work..
