    Default Holdem Manager 2 - Problem CLR20r3

    Hello, today I updated HM2 but now it doesn't work anymore.

    These are the informations about the problem:

    This is a permissions issue.

    I have tried any sort of thing in those two links, but HM2 doesn't work yet.

    I try to explain exactly what happened before it stopped working: I opened it yesterday, it worked but there was the notice that the hud wouldn't have worked (I don't remember exactly what the notice said, but it was something about the license, and I bought HM2 exactly 1 year before). I closed it and I re-opened it trying to update it (I hadn't updated it for a long time). After the updating, my firewall/antivirus (Comodo Internet Security ) said that there was a trojan in HM2, so I put it in quarantine, as the firewall suggested.
    Since that moment, HM2 stopped working.
    Now I have also tried to disinstall the firewall, but anyway HM2 doesn't start.

    What else can I do?

    If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
    - Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
    - Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

    When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com
