The HUD no longer works.
My hands are not importing into HM2.

Is there a fix coming or a setting I need to change? I'm in NJ.

Since they merged, they are using Nevada's decision not to write hand history files. There is nothing we can do.

Yeah, this is terrible. To anyone else affected, please choose to email support (njsupport@wsop.com) voicing your frustration. If they get enough emails, they may fix this.

Hi,

I just learned that due to combining with Nevada, I can no longer track my results in HM2. I also learned that you are no longer allowing hand histories be recorded at all.

Recording hand histories is critical in preventing collusion and cheating in online poker as it preserves a detailed record of play.

I ask that you please reconsider this decision. Until you do, I will be moving the bulk of my action over to Pokerstars and Borgata. I expect others to feel the same.
