Export hands not working?

I am trying to export 1 milion hero hands from my 200GB database, it is stuck on Please be patient, export in progress. There is no disk usage so I think it is not working or is it?

You should always have at least 20% free space. Please see this FAQ - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: I'm Running Out of Disk Space

You will also need 2x the size of the database.

Empty the c:\temp and c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp folders.

You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

Change the location where you are exporting the files as well.
