    Default HM2 replayer problem

    Hello,
    I´ve noticed another bug in HM2 replayer. When I go through hands, I use my HUD. But when I get to preflop, HM automatically switches to Default 2.0 HUD and I have to change it back manually. Can you help me out, how can I make my default not to be changed during the hand reviews?

    Set the HUD in HUD Options. Make sure there is only one set for each game type/site.

    Hi @udbrky, I have the same problem. After the last beta update when I play in the Replayer a hand, it shows the right HUD only in the preflop, but after the flop dealt, the HUD showed is not correct and it change without a reason. I tried to set the HUD but it change in every post flop action. I think I have to downgrade to the previous version of HM2 for now.

    1) Export any custom HUD configs.
    2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
    3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.

    Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. *If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. *If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch or import an older backup of that HUD config that was created before the corruption. *If you have to rebuild the HUD and don't have a backup/export of your HUD from before the corruption occurred you can try to find a similar HUD to use as a starting template from our HUD Repository -*http://www.holdemmanager.com//hud_repository/

    Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Backup and Reset HUD to Default HUD to troubleshoot HUD or Crashing Issues

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    I will try all your solutions in the next few days, but for now I have downgraded HM2 to the stable official release .8500 and now all work as well as before the last beta release(.8511?). I think there is some bugs in yours latest beta because before it all work always fine...

    For now I have downgraded to the official stable version .8500 and now all work fine again and there is no bugs. I think the problem was the latest beta .8511 because before it all work always well in my HUD and the replayer. I heard other people having troubles with yours ultimate beta...

    Hi, in this http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...se-thread.html you can find the ultimate official release and, at the third post, the ultimate beta before .8511, the beta .8504 that work fine!
