Not sure how that got there but that looks like one of the cyborg definitions. You can try to make inactive any NC definitions that start with the word "Cyborg". You would do this by opening the main NC window from HM2 then right clicking them in the list at the right

It's also possible that it's actual note text that got added when you clicked on one of the cyborg links that appeared while playing. In that case you'd delete it as text like you would a note that you wrote yourself
