As I said, hm2archive does not have all my hands. This is why I must find a way to export my hero hands from the big databse. Can you help me?

There's no other way around it, you've got to create space. Either get an external drive - which I highly recommend using for backups. I lost 2 drives in a month a couple years ago, losing a lot of my personal and poker data - or move files to google drive or dropbox.

You still have to clear space. You need to have 20% free space + 2x the size of the database for file swapping in the temp folder.

Move all your archived folders, any media files, documents, to the second drive.

Clear all temp folders (c:\temp or c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp)

You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:
Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How are Hidden Files Viewed in Windows?

    Use the disk cleanup.

Finally, you may have to move this big of a database to the other drive.

Please see this FAQ to move your database to another drive. Please note this is an advanced article and we do not provide support for this method if you encounter issues but at the request of users we decided to make a FAQ for those who felt confident enough to try this method.

You can also try moving the temp folder

I did move the database to the new drive I bought, you should mention it at the beginning, this was very easy to do, I just had to change some commands.

How long should I wait before all my hero hands will export from my 110GB database? I played around 1 milion hands in 4 years that I am exporting. It is exporting since 22h and I see HM2 is still in use in Task Manager. Should I wait or mayby abort the export and choose a data range in the export menu?

I'm not sure how long it will take, it depends on a few factors.
