Installation Stalling or Frozen?

I had to reinstall HM2 because I uninstalled PostGre without realizing that it was actually being used for my tracking program. I thought it was just some random program that I didn't use. I've been stuck here for the past hour. Is this normal? I do have a large database. Over 5 million hands.
