Please follow this FAQ to fix the problem with windows moving off screen:

If that does not help:
Sometimes the .net framework installation can become corrupt. This can cause several problems including freezes on startup, registration issues, crashes and more. The following FAQ walks you through safely uninstalling .net framework and reinstalling it again - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Holdem Manager .NET Cleanup and update Instructions

C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic
and then reinstalling
Hi,
[Windows 10]
I've got the same issue, last night everything was working fine, then today out of the blue I can't replay any hands. Double-clicking on a hand does nothing, right-clicking and selecting replay does nothing.
I've gone through the cleanup and NET reinstallation steps, still doesn't work.
I've also got admin permissions on all the right files and done all the exclusions in Windows Defender.
Also tried reinstalling HM2 including update 8695.
Is there some kind of log I can send to you to troubleshoot?
Thanks

For future reference, all that was needed was the steps in the first reply, or to manually edit or delete the master holdemmanager.config file, to update the windowstates for the replayer position:
If you want to reset the replayer to default size/position:
Close HM2
Open your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager in a text editor.
If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'holdemmanager'.
If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
Look for the 'WindowStates' section and delete this line, which should be the first line in that section:
Save/close the file and restart HM2.<Key Name="Replayer" Value="0|396|1027|863|Normal" />
