HUD Spin&Go Max pokerstars

Hi,

The hud for Spin&Go max does not work well.

Because there is one seup for preferred seat for "4-5 max" this setup is the same for both versions.
When you spin a 5 player table the hud is shown for the 4-player setup.

When I move the hud to the correct opponents when I hit a 4-max table, the view is messed up when I hit a 5 max table and the other way around.

Same happens with 7-8 max tables.

Make sure the seats are set properly.

Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

1) Open one Table only and ensure at least 1 hand has imported before moving to step 2.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD to the correct position.
3) Now you can open more tables and it should be automatically configured. Let at least 1 hand import before changing anything as this is needed to gather the correct positions.

Please check this FAQ if you play at pokerstars - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Setup Auto-Center or Preferred Seating For PokerStars - and make sure it is set the same in all/any installed PokerStars clients if you have more than 1 ps.xx client installed.

This is impossible, because the setting for a 4 and 5 seat table are the same in HM2, but different in Pokerstars.
With 4 seats in pokerstars, there is one at the top exactly in the middle . With 5 players there are 2 seats at the top but not centered.

When I move the hud settings on a 4-player table and later a 5 player opens, I have to re-arrange and the other way around.

When I open 2 tables and they happen to be a 4 and 5 player and I move at one table, the other one moves too.

This only happens with 4-5 and 7-8, because these settings are combined in HM2.
The 3 and 6 player tables are always good.

Each seat has a seat #. Set it in Stars, reset the seats in HM2. Set it using 1 table at a time.

Ok I am just going to accept the fact that it does not work.

Two times I explained that your instructions do not work, but you ignore my explanation and just write from the manual.
I guess you are not willing to read my messages and actually help me with the issue.

If someone else read what I wrote and knows a solution, I would appreciate it.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
