    Default Hands not loading

    I recently bought a new computer and re-installed HM2.
    Computer is W10 x64.
    Have HM 2.0.08486

When looking up reports it only shows hands that were loaded at the moment I opened HM2.
So when in the middle or after a session I need to close and re-open HM2 again to see the hands that I played that session.

Thanks in advance for helping out.

Reports go empty? Or they don't update?

The automatic Site Time Adjustment will read from the site's server. If you adjust the lobby clock settings, on some sites, it could cause the Time column for the hands in the Reports to be off.

To verify, please compare the time in the Active Sessions, or Reports' hands section to your computer clock while playing.

See this FAQ for the adjustment steps if there is a difference - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Options / Hand Importing / Site Time Adjustment

    It's not the time setting.
That's all good because when I reopen HM the reports are loaded without changing any time setting.
I can however not see hands that are imported after I have opened HM, to see those I need to close and reopen HM.
And they are imported because HUD works correctly.

What do you mean. Do all hands disappear? Or do hands you are playing not update?

    You have not specified this.

No, I can still see all hands and all reports expect for the hands that have been played since I opened HM during that session.

Send a screenshot of the reports with the time clock.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

    I attached 2 screenshots.
First one is a couple of hours into my session and as you can see no hands from that session are in there.
In the second one I restarted HM during the break at 20:55.
In there you can see all hands up untill I restarted HM but no hands from 21:00 untill 21:15.

Send them in a ticket as the FAQ says.

Don't use an alias, put reports on your player's name. You have to do that any time there is an issue.

    Clear filters as well.
