My HH on FTP.uk do not appear in Reports. My PS username was used for FTP.uk when my account was merged, and in HM2 my username shows as PS and there is no FTP.uk option. The HH do get imported and archived, my HUD works and seems to recognise me, but the reports function only shows hands from May 2017 and previous. Any idea what is wrong?
