I'm not sure which pack you're using but NC expects images for its badges to be found in the specific path
C:\Users\[windows_login]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\NoteCaddyBadges
If those files got deleted that would cause this error message. Also I think some of the NC Pro tools packs don't install the badge images by default. Please let me know which pack you're using and I will try to advise further

Where can I find that wich pack im using?
If you bought it from us directly you can find that information in your account - https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php
It will be listed in the 'Product' indentation under your 'HoldEm Manager 2 Licensing system' code line.
I'm sorry. I was sure I responded to this. Regardless of whether you bought the pack from HEM or from the NC site directly you will have received at least one email. Also any pack installation causes a "NoteCaddy coaching pack files" folder to be placed on your desktop. If you still have it there are likely files in there that give the name and much more info about the pack.
There's also the option in NC help->download latest NoteCaddy coaching pack version
that should trigger a new download email.
