Note Caddy stopped working

Hi,
Notecaddy doesnt work anymore. i contact support. Show Caddy notes in HUD' box already checked. I deleted delete the prefs.xml file.

My apologies for the inconvenience. I'm not clear what you mean exactly. If you try to open it via the apps section at the top of hm2 does it open at all? Is it not showing any notes?
