I have been a proud HM user for many years now (since HM1), always defended HM vs PT. But taking so many days to fix this is a joke. I am trying a PT trial at the moment and will most likely switch. Too sad!

Some players have identified the problem facing HM2 since the last party update. It turns out that hands with bb larger than 1000 are not importing because of a new format (1,000/500 instead of 1000/500 and 2,000/1,000 no longer 2000/1000 notice the added comma). It has been passed on to party poker team via 2+2 , but unknown when the fix will come.
