    Default Partypoker Multiphased MTT

    Hello, Whenever I run deep in a multiphased Party poker/bwin tournament, the HUD stops working on the current table, i cannot find the table at table finder and I can't see the hands I played in the Overall reports.

    I tried manually importing the hands but no success so far

    Is it when the blinds hit 1million?

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    Hello thank you for the quick reply, it is a little bit before the blinds hit 1 million, around last 3 tables...

    This was yesterday,after reading your post i did the thing in feature logging, where can I locate the log files? I have the original hand histories with me and can send you, along with the log files

    Hello, tried to send a ticket with the Log files as zip but it says "correct the file upload error and try again"

    Please clear your web cache - http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Try using a different browser. Do not use Internet Explorer, or a browser that blocks scripts.

    This has happened to me twice when down to the last 3 tables in the Title Fight. The HUD just stops updating and the table finder can't detect the table. On both occasions it stopped working at the same time...around 04:18am, I wondered if it had something to do with the tournament going into a new day??
