Replayer issue

Hello there I need some help my hand replayer does open but it doesn't show the post flop action I've tried reindexed and stuff in the maintenance reinstallation also but none worked thanks in advance

I also tried reset settings to default still no use. everything else seems to work fine except replayer
i also tried to make a new database a small one but stil replayer doesnt work properly

What do you mean it doesn't show postflop action?

What is the site and game type?

Thanks I fixed it by deleting files In replayer folder after recommendation from your support team via email ) thanks
