Importing Plain Text HHs from flash based gaming

I am trying to gauge whether to purchase a full version or not and I am having trouble importing plain text hand histories. I read somewhere it was suggested to save them in notepad or even notepad ++

Does anyone have any experience in importing hand histories saved as plain text from a flash based gaming site?
