Default Difference between stats in Reports and Opponents tabs

Hi there, very new to HM2 and online poker so just trying to get my head around everything.

    Have been using the software for 2 days and loving it but there's something I can't work out;

    In the Reports tab my VPIP/PFR/3B are showing as 28.5 / 18 / 7.66
But when I see myself at the top of the list in the Opponents tab they are showing as 27 / 16.5 / 6.7

Both are showing a total of 789 hands.

I assume I should be using the Reports tab to view my stats, is that correct?

But why are my VPIP/PFR/3B stats different if the total hands are the same?

Thanks a lot for your help
    Shane

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Database Manager (Ribbon)

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How to create a new database and import previously played hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How does Backup and Restore Database, Settings and HUD configs work?

    Hi udbrky

Thanks heaps for your reply. None of this worked unfortunately.

There were a couple of rouge cash hands in the history and an old full tilt folder and I've deleted these, but makes no difference.

Does the opponents tab perhaps only show my stats vs the opponents listed there? i.e. the ones over 50 hands?

There is a slight stat difference. The opponents summaries are designed as an overview. The reports have the accurate stats and are for indepth viewing and research.

Thanks again. Like I said I'm brand new to this software.

Are there any video tutorials you can link me to around the reports tab/researching/filtering stats etc.?

There's videos in HM2TV widget in Home.

You can also click the blue ? anywhere in HM2 to pull up the FAQ on the feature.
