NoteCaddy Does not create notes about symbol (0)

Do not create notes and badges on the player (0)glad(0). Is it possible to fix it?

The latest version is installed NC,HM2,Win7, etc..

I did a remote session with this client. He had a player with 100k hands that should have some badges appear but they do not. In Tools -> Player Notes the player has many notes, but in the Badges area of this section he has none. The player has some strange symbols in his name: tbi_xyi?/\o. Maybe the "" and "/" are causing for the badges to not be written for this player?

Players without the strange symbols in their names are working as they should in his database.

Thank you for including the hands. This will be fixed for the next release. However, now due to extensive development for PT4 and HM3 NoteCaddy has a freeze for new releases which will be for some more weeks. My apologies for the delay
