How do I activate my free trial?

    Default How do I activate my free trial?

    I've downloaded Hold-em Manager 2. When I open it a message pops up asking "Do you have a licence code?" I click on "No" and another message pops up asking "Would you like to purchase a licence?" If I click "No" then it exits the program. It's not giving me an option to test out the free trial. How can I get my free trial activated?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the software and I apologize for the delay. It looks like I issued you a trial via email earlier today. Sales, licensing and trial issues must be handled via email for security reasons.

    I have the same problem ! It opened well the first time, but now it pops up the same message than Smitty03300

    I have issued you a 30 day trial extension which you will receive via email. You should receive it via email, or you can always access your licenses by logging into your http://www.holdemmanager.com account. Then, click on "Click here if you have a license" and enter the code in the box.

    Please update to the latest beta version if you still have HM2 installed - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

    If you uninstalled your previous version of HM2 please reinstall it with this full setup file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

    - After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
    * If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
    - Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

    If you buy HM2 from this point forward you will get a free upgrade to an equivalent HM3 license (currently in private beta testing) when it is eventually released.

    Riton0017 have you solved this problem? I have the same today. Yesterday have downloaded free trial.

    Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.


    License issues are hard to deal with in the forum.

    Hi, i have the same probleme than both players. I can t use my free trial, they ask me a licence. Can you help me please?

    Did you send in a ticket? I'm closing this thread, since we need the ticket created to do it. We don't need a thread for everyone to request it.
