HEM permanently minimized

Previously my HEM2 was working with no problems

For the last 2 days however, HEM2 will not load/display properly.

It will be shown in the taskbar like normal, but it appears to be permanently minimized. It won't maximise when i click on it.

When I press ALT+TAB to see all open applications, HEM2 has a slot displayed, but it is just represented by an empty box - like it hadnt fully loaded up.

Importantly, my HUD actually WORKS and I can play poker as normal, i just cant see HEM2 or interact with it.

I installed the latest version (beta) and that didnt fix the problem. Im using windows 10.

Click the icon in the task tray beside the clock.

go to Settings and uncheck "minimize to task tray"

I don't think that is the problem. As you can see in the screenshot below, there is no HEM2 icon in the task tray. I clicked the arrow to "show all icons".

Then I hovered over HEM2 on the Start bar.

Normally when you hover over it, it will display a preview of the window which is minimized.

As you can see from the image, the preview shows that HEM2 has not fully loaded.

This is strange because the HUD still works during play.

HEM2 was working 2 weeks ago when I was playing cash.

I started playing tournaments on stars for the first time on the same day that this problem arose, which is probably just a co-incidence...?

Did you recently change your display properties or disconnect a 2nd monitor where HM2 was last displayed? Please follow this FAQ to fix the problem with windows moving off screen:
