    Default Missing hands and HUD not always showing up

    Hi,

    Problems below happened while I was playing NL5 ringgames on 888Poker and Party Poker.

    Problem 1:
    I always have HM2 on the 'Active Session' tab when im playing so that I can see live information like the list of hands i have played. However, today I noticed that one hand was not being imported. It was a big pot that I won and I was looking for that hand specifically to mark it. But (also after multiple refreshes) it did not show up. I noticed this only because I wanted to mark that hand, otherwise I would have had no idea that this hand was missing (when reviewing this session afterwards). I am quite shocked that this happened. Now I really wonder how many more hands I might be missing without me ever knowing it. This could also mean that my statistics are off if there are a lot of hands missing!

    Problem 2:
    Since yesterday I am encountering problems with the HUD not showing up sometimes. With PartyPoker this actually always happens with the 2nd table I open (Even before yesterday. Is this supposed to happen? I guess it's some sort of policy thing). However since yesterday this is happening quite often with even the first table I open. When I stop and start the HUD again the HUD will show up but it just shows empty data (every number is on 0). Even after playing a full orbit. When I leave and re-open the table this sometimes helps, sometimes not. I also encountered this same problem once since yesterday at 888poker with the 5th table I opened.

    Anyone else having one of these problems? Are they known at HM2?

    Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: What can be done if the HUD does not work?

    Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
