    Default Alias problem

I created some Notecaddy colour profiles, and turned them into alias' within HM2, and it all works great, but one of the profiles -the stat boundaries of which I fall into myself- contains all of my hands and data and as such is useless for the purpose of player type analysis.

I have confirmed with NC that I have done everything correctly to have myself/my data excluded from the alias, my name does not appear on the alias "included players" list within the HM2 alias tools, and no NC data shows up for me in the alias.
To be clear, this is not an NC issue, NC is working fine, and I have used it correctly to exclude myself from the alais/profile but HM2 is including all my data.

Not sure why this is happening, or how I can get around it - Ideas?

Do you show in the list of players in the alias? If so, remove yourself.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Database Manager (Ribbon)

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How to create a new database and import previously played hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How does Backup and Restore Database, Settings and HUD configs work?

No I don't show in the alias - if only it was that easy :-)
Vacuum/analyse didn't work, neither did creating a new DB. So odd.
    Further options?

Can you please backup your HM2 database/settings as explained here - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How does Backup and Restore Database, Settings and HUD configs work?

Then upload the backup file to filedropper.com and send us the download link in a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19 - with a link to this thread, and some screen shots of the alias/problems, so we can test your database issues please.
