Default Hands are imported and go missing after restarting HEM

I use Ace Poker Solutions for a Bovada Hand History converter. You wait a day to allow your hands to be downloaded, convert them, and import them. All of this process is fine. The hands appear in HEM and I can review them and see all my results properly.

However, once I restart HEM they are gone. If I re-import the converted text file a second time, they again appear, and are again lost on reboot. I have also tried cloud syncing my database before closing HEM which actually removes them right away once completed, no re-start of HEM required for the loss. What could cause this? I do not have a corrupt database. Everything is working fine besides this, and it's an issue I have had for a long time and it's been tested across this and my backup database. Ideas?

They do not show as duplicates? It sounds like the database is being corrupted.

Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Set Correct Permissions on files and folders HM2 use

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Database Manager (Ribbon)

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How to create a new database and import previously played hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How does Backup and Restore Database, Settings and HUD configs work?

I have a lot of database backups (usually every 3-4 days I make one, keeping the last 10). It does it even on one I restored from a month ago.

However I did find a solution. The session was only 20 hands. I switched the hand number by 1 digit and re-imported the text file and everything stays right. Thanks for the advice though.
