When I run complete analysis of all my hands since 7 november 2016 (when i started) only 7500 hands gets analysed in leakbuster but in HM2 hand history I have 50.000 hands, why?

Because 6 max analysis is looking at hands where you have 5-6 players at the table. Set a filter in HM2, and the data will be the exact same.

Looks like those hands aren't 25NL or below. You have the standard version of Leak Buster, which won't analyze stakes above that level.
