Pokerstars Bounty Tournament Results Not Importing Correctly
I have already made a support ticket regarding this issue and support said it would be fixed but didn't tell me when. I started dealing with this a few days ago and it's making me REALLY angry. Before this, my knockout games on Pokerstars would have maybe one game a month import incorrectly. I recently updated hem2 and now every game I win a bounty the results are WAY off. To edit results, it requires way too much work. I tried rolling back and that doesn't fix it. I know others having the same issue. This needs to be fixed ASAP. So please do. Knockout games are a big part of my volume, I can't have this.
This is from my last session where I actually lost several hundred dollars. It's very frustrating because it's nice to know how I'm doing as a person who plays a lot of tables. I'm willing to pay to have this fixed ASAP, it's making me not want to play.
