My notecaddy has some real problems with position

I have call open raise small /// call open raise big /// & call open raise not

The call open raise note, every position is selected except the small & big blind.
Yet its marking hands where raises are called in the small and big

I have raise early note. I selected UTG & UTG + 1, yet its picking up other positions.
Even the button.

I feel like I'm missing something. I've tried everything using the number of spots from
the button, but I can get a simple note to work properly. There is always notes included
from positions I don't want. What am I doing wrong

It's certainly not NC working incorrectly, but a mistake in the definition. Post your definition here and I'll have a look at it.

Just wanted to say I seem to have solved the problem.

Instead of just re-modifying notes over & over which never seemed to work.
I just completed deleted the notes that were giving me problems, and made new
ones (exactly the same). But the position part seems to be working now. Ty
