    Default Holdem licence issue and login in the site

    Oops. There has been an internal error with this request. Please try back later or contact support.
    thats the error i get when i try to login in the site
    also i cant use hm2 because it wrongly tells me that my licence is already used
    until yesterday everything was ok i have hm2 pro omaha what can i do?

    Please clear your web cache - 18 Ways to Clear Your Browser's Cache - wikiHow - and try using a different browser to login or reset your password.

    If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the \HM2Logs folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.


    When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
