Default Saving Hands ever 50 hands

My notes are being saved every 50 hands or so (basically every second) and my note creation is extremely slow, around ~20h/s and yes I have turbo grabber on.

I tried resetting all notes again
    I tried restarting my computer
I tried disabling and then enabling turbo grabber again
I tried changing the 'Persist notes into database every X hands from 1000 to 2500 to 5000. Nothing changes. It still does it every 50 hands or so.
I tried vacuuming the database more than once
    I also tried postgreSQL tuning

    What can I do?

    This is my configuration
    8gb ram
    8350 AMD 8 cores 8 threads
    SSD Samsung 850

I did reset and it did work again but as soon as I change the notecaddy note output it saves the notes again after every 50 hands.
